History
Dr. William (Bill) Mills originally founded Mills Medical Practices twelve years ago. The medical house calls group quickly became a leader in providing high quality, home-based primary care to NE Ohio seniors. The group presented its care model and outcomes at many local, regional and national meetings while it continued to grow and stay focused on providing compassionate, quality care. In 2013, the group partnered with Kindred Healthcare, and was rebranded as Kindred House Calls. The group grew outside of NE Ohio, to also serve patients in greater Cincinnati, Dayton and Northern Kentucky. On January 1, 2019, Mills acquired back his former group, Mills Medical Practices (now known as Western Reserve Medical Group). With outstanding physicians, advance practice clinicians and clinical and administrative support staff, the group is delighted to locally support Ohio patients in need once again.

The mission of Western Reserve Medical Group is to provide high quality, compassionate medical house calls to seniors and others that find traveling to a medical office challenging.
